The project includes 20,000 square feet of office, work areas, maintenance bays, and warehouse/storage facilities for the City’s Public Works Department. The design, utilized an economical tiltwall concrete panel system and curved standing seam metal roofs. Although the facility faces one of Hurst’s business thoroughfares, Precinct Line Road, the buildings longitudinal form was designed to screen the maintenance operations from the street.
