The new Fate City Hall has been designed to address a variety of spatial needs for citizens, city staff, and elected officials. The project includes the much needed centralized work space for city staff and proper assembly spaces for city council and other public meetings. The building is designed to open onto a Civic Plaza. The Civic Plaza is planned for multiple community events such as festivals, concerts, and seasonal events. The plaza contains both open space and shaded garden areas.
