The facility provides approximately 18,000 square feet of space for the City’s Parks & Recreation Department. The facility includes administrative office space, crew areas, locker rooms, workshops, storage facilities and other support space.

The project was constructed on a vacant land adjacent to the City’s Public Works Service Center. The design, continues the theme developed for the previously built Public Works Service Center - concrete tilt-wall panels, metal siding, and curved standing seam metal roofs.
