The Rawlins Street Lofts is a multi-use development that includes both residential and commercial rental space. The project site is near the intersection of Oak Lawn Boulevard and Rawlins Street in Dallas’ exclusive Oak Lawn district.

The proposed 17 story building includes 3,000 square feet of retail space, 45,000 square feet of loft apartments, and four levels of underground parking. The tower will provide a total of 64 residential units. The residential lofts can range in size from 800 square feet to 1,100 square feet. The building includes both flats and studio lofts. Even numbered floors (2, 4, 6, 8, & 10) offer 4 units while odd numbered floors contain 2 units).

The two levels of below grade parking will be provided for residents and their guest. Retail parking will be at ground level.
