Spencer’s Live was planned as a multi-venue entertainment facility. The project included approximately 175,000 square feet of restaurants, nightclubs, and related retail space. The focal point of the project was a 2,000 seat concert hall designed to accommodate a wide variety of national touring recording artists.

The proposed project was planned for a vacant track of land located on the northern side of the City Pointe Development. The project was cancelled after land acquisition problems developed. The Owner is now exploring other suitable sites for the project
