This project included restoring and renovating the City’s existing historic city hall. Work also included designing an historically sensitive addition. The new two story addition was designed to respect and compliment the existing building. The roof top of the new lower level serves as a large public plaza.

Exterior materials include cast stone, divided-lite windows, and metal roofs. The completed project tripled the size of the existing City Hall.
